Building Out Loud

I built a multi-agent AI platform at my day job because I saw a problem and figured I could fix it. Nobody assigned it to me. I just started building. That is kind of how I operate with most things.

This blog is where I write about that. Not web design, not business tips. The actual work of learning to use AI tools, building with Claude, and figuring out how to bring other people along with you. The stuff I wish someone had written down when I was starting.

It lives on GitHub because that felt honest. Work in progress, shown as-is.
