What's yours is yours. Always.
You own everything. Your domain, your site files, your content, your Google Business profile, your Google Analytics account. This never changes. Not if you leave, not if we close, not if anything. We are custodians of your online presence, not the owners of it.

Your rate never goes up.
The rate you sign up at is the rate you keep, forever. We call it the early investor deal. If our prices go up in five years, your monthly rate stays exactly where it was the day you signed. Build fees are priced at the current rate for each new build, but your ongoing hosting is locked.
If we close, you're not stuck.
We're a small business. We hope to be around for a long time, but if something changes, here's what happens. You get a full export of your site files. Your domain transfers to you at cost, no markup. We give you reasonable notice. Your site doesn't disappear overnight and nothing is held hostage.
Leaving is clean.
If you decide to move on, we make it easy. You get your files, your domain, and your content. Clean handover. No hostage situations. Prepaid hosting is refunded on a pro-rata basis.
We're accountable.
If something on your site goes wrong, we fix it. Basic Care Plan clients get next business day response. Advanced Care Plan clients get a 4-hour response during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm). Evenings and weekends we're a real family with a real life, but we're also the kind of people who check their phone.
Late payments.
We get it, things happen. You have a 15-day grace period after your due date. A $10 late fee applies at day 15. If a payment is 30 days late, your site goes into a suspended state until the balance is settled. It comes back online as soon as you pay. No reinstatement fee.
Who gets a discount.
Nonprofits get 30% off any build. Returning clients get 10% off new builds. Bundle two builds and the second is 15% off. The referral program gives the referring client one free month of hosting, and the new client 10% off their build fee. We run seasonal promotions twice a year. Ask us what applies to you.
