Our home area.
Keiter & Co. is based in Petersburg, NY, a small farm town in the Taconic Hills just east of the Vermont border. It is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, and that is exactly how we approach working with clients.
Our home area runs from Petersburg out to Hoosick Falls, down through Troy and Albany and the Capital Region, east over the border into Bennington, Vermont, and south into the Berkshires, which includes North Adams and Williamstown, Massachusetts. These are the communities where we can show up in person, and that matters more than it sounds.
When you are local to us, a few things are possible that do not happen with a remote-only agency. We can sit down for the intake conversation instead of scheduling a call. Olivia does photography for clients who need it, and she knows this corner of the country. You get a printed Welcome to the Family guide at launch, handed over in person when we can manage it. And when something comes up, a call or a text works just fine.
We also work nationwide.
Keiter & Co. works with clients anywhere in the country. Remote clients get the same work, the same quality, and the same care. The in-person pieces just look a little different at a distance.
