Payment options
Pay upfront
A 50% deposit starts the build, the remaining 50% is due at go-live. After your 3-month free Basic Care Plan period, your chosen Care Plan begins. Your hosting rate is locked at the rate you sign up at, forever.
No upfront payment plan
No deposit required. One monthly rate covers your build cost and hosting for a 12-month minimum contract. Starter: $80/month. Standard: $105/month (Basic Care Plan) or $135/month (Advanced Care Plan). After 12 months your rate drops to standard Care Plan pricing.
Early cancellation: the remaining build cost balance is owed, and the site is suspended until it is paid. Your files and domain are always yours. Requires a signed contract before the build begins.

Referral program
Refer a business that signs with us and your next hosting bill gets one free month. The new client gets 10% off their build fee. Just tell them to mention your name.
Discounts
Nonprofits get 30% off any build. Returning clients get 10% off new builds. Bundle two builds and the second is 15% off. Ask us what applies to you.
Your rate is locked, and emergency support
Your rate is locked
The hosting rate you sign up at is the rate you keep, forever. If our prices go up, your rate does not. We call it the early investor deal.
Emergency support
Advanced Care Plan clients get priority support. If something breaks during business hours you will hear from us within 4 hours. For Basic Care Plan clients and after-hours situations, we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are not a 24/7 call center, but we are not the kind of people who let your site stay broken either.
Photography, logo, and other extras
Social media and newsletter
We manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We draft, you approve, we post. We can also turn your existing content into a monthly newsletter your customers will actually read. Both scoped per conversation.
Photography and logo
Photography is local only, $75 to $150 depending on volume and distance. We show up with a shot list. We are not professional photographers, so for a full brand shoot we can recommend someone local. Logo work covers simple fixes and basic new designs, 2 hours maximum, $50 to $100. For anything more involved, we can recommend a local designer.

Do I own my website?
Yes, completely. Your domain, your site files, and your content are yours from day one. If you ever leave, we hand everything over. Nothing disappears.
