Every site we build is written by hand. No page-builders, no theme files, no shortcuts. We scope the project together before any work starts, so you know what you're getting and what it costs. If a project grows, we tell you before we build, not after.
Build packages are a one-time fee. Hosting starts after your 3-month free period. The two are independent, and you can pair any hosting plan with any build package.

Payment Options
Pay upfront
A 50% deposit starts the build. The remaining 50% is due at go-live. After your 3-month free Basic Care Plan period, your chosen Care Plan begins. Your hosting rate is locked at the rate you sign up at, forever.
No upfront payment plan
No deposit required. One monthly rate covers your build cost and hosting for a 12-month minimum contract. Starter: $80/month. Standard: $105/month (Basic Care Plan) or $135/month (Advanced Care Plan). After 12 months your rate drops to standard Care Plan pricing.
Early cancellation: remaining build cost balance is owed. Site is suspended until paid. Your files and domain are always yours.
Requires a signed contract before build begins.

Photography
Local only. $75 to $150 depending on volume and distance. We show up with a shot list. We're not professional photographers -- we can recommend someone local for a full brand shoot.
Logo
Simple fixes and basic new designs. 2 hours maximum. $50 to $100. For anything more involved, we can recommend a local designer.
A few other things worth noting
Referral program
Refer a business that signs with us and your next hosting bill gets one free month. New client gets 10% off their build fee. Just tell them to mention your name.
Emergency support
Advanced Care Plan clients get priority support. If something breaks during business hours you'll hear from us within 4 hours. For Basic Care Plan clients and after-hours situations, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We're not a 24/7 call center, but we're not the kind of people who let your site stay broken either.
Your rate is locked
The hosting rate you sign up at is the rate you keep, forever. If our prices go up, your rate doesn't. We call it the early investor deal.
Discounts
Nonprofits get 30% off any build. Returning clients get 10% off new builds. Bundle two builds and the second is 15% off. Ask us what applies to you.

Built to be found by Google and by AI
Every site we build is structured so that when someone asks a search engine or an AI assistant to recommend a local business like yours, there's a real chance your name comes up. That's not magic. It's clean code, plain language, and the right markup in the right places.
We write copy that sounds like a human wrote it, because it was. We use semantic HTML that machines can actually read. We add structured data so Google and AI indexers know exactly who you are, what you do, and where you do it. We put your location in the body of the page, not just in a metadata field no one sees.
It's called AEO: Answer Engine Optimization. AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews pull from real, clearly written web pages when they answer questions. We build your site to be one of those pages.
